On a Mobile Device:

  1. To start, you must sign in to your account
    1. Select the “≡” icon in the upper-left portion of your screen.
    2. Then select Sign In and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.
  2. Select the “≡” icon again and select My Account.
  3. Select your name, or the arrow to the right of your name, in order to view personal details.
  4. Select “CHANGE” in the State field.
  5. Review the details in the pop-up, then select “UPLOAD DOCUMENT.”

  6. On the “UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS” screen, upload the required documentation for a State change. Examples are: An unexpired, government-issued photo ID, an account statement from a financial institution, a pay stub or earnings statement from your employer, proof of auto insurance, or an auto registration.
  7. A verification email will be sent to the email address registered with your Michigan Lottery account once the change is approved.


On a Desktop Computer:

  1. To start, you must sign in to your account.
    1. Select the Sign In button in the upper-right portion of your screen and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.
    2. After signing in, select your name to expand the account menu.
  2. Select My Account from the menu.
  3. Select your name on the My Account screen.
  4. Select “CHANGE” in the State field.
  5. Review the details in the pop-up, then select “UPLOAD DOCUMENT.”

  6. On the “UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS” screen, upload the required documentation for a State change.
