What is an Online Game Card?
An Online Game Card may be purchased at Michigan Lottery retailers to add funds to your Michigan Lottery account for online game play. The Online Game Card allows players to fund their online accounts without using a credit or debit card or providing bank account information.
The Online Game Cards are printed from Lottery terminals and are offered wherever Michigan Lottery draw games are sold. There currently are four values of Online Game Cards available: $10, $20, $50 and $100.

Can an Online Game Card be reloaded with funds?
No. An Online Game Card cannot be reloaded with funds. The Online Game Card is a single-use item. Once you have submitted your Online Game Card code, the total value of the card is applied to your Michigan Lottery account.
Claiming an Online Game Card Bonus
Online Game Card bonuses are based on promotions available at the time of purchase. There are two ways of receiving an Online Game Card bonus, when available:
- A bonus may be added to your originally purchased Online Game Card
- When you enter your Online Game Card code online, your Michigan Lottery account automatically will be credited with any awarded bonus in addition to the purchase value. This deposit will appear as a single deposit for the original value of the card and a separate bonus in your transaction history.
- You may receive it as a separate Online Game Card.
- Always review your Online Game Card messaging before you leave the retail location to see if your Online Game Card purchase came with a bonus. If a bonus Online Game Card ticket is awarded, it will print immediately after your original Online Game ticket purchase.
Online Game Cards Limitations
You may enter up to $500 in Online Game Card value into your Michigan Lottery online account per rolling week. An example of a rolling week would be if you deposit $250 in Online Game Cards on Tuesday and an additional $250 on Thursday. You then will be unable to deposit any additional Online Game Cards until the following Tuesday, but then only will be able to deposit an additional $250 on that day, then another $250 on Thursday.
Online Game Card redemption limits will be consistent with existing responsible gaming limits set with your Michigan Lottery account.
Can you cancel or return an Online Game Card?
No, Online Game Cards are printed from Lottery Terminals and cannot be canceled/returned.
