There are different processes for removing payment methods from your Michigan Lottery account, depending on the type of payment method.

If the payment method that you want to remove is associated with an active Subscription, please follow the process in this article first: Update a Payment Method on a Subscription.

If the payment method you want to remove is not associated with an active subscription or has been removed from an active subscription, please follow the steps identified by payment method below.

Credit / Debit Cards

You can remove Credit / Debit cards from your account via the Deposit screen. Please follow the processes below, depending on whether you are using a mobile device or desktop computer.

On a Mobile Phone:
  1. To start, you must sign in to your account.
    1. Select the “≡” icon in the upper-left portion of your screen.
    2. Then select “Sign In” and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.
  2. After signing in, select “Make Deposit” from the menu.
  3. Select “Credit/Debit Card” from the payment options. If the screen goes to a different payment option by default, select “Change Payment Method” and then select “Credit/Debit Card.”
  4. Select the card that you would like to remove from your account.
  5. Select the trash can icon.
  6. Select “Remove Now.”
  7. The credit or debit card will now be removed from your account.
On a Desktop Computer:
  1. To start, you must sign in to your account.
    1. Select the Sign In button in the upper-right portion of your screen and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.
  2. After signing in, select “Make Deposit” from the menu.
  3. Select “Credit/Debit Card” from the payment options. If the screen goes to a different payment option by default, select “Change Payment Method” and then select “Credit/Debit Card.”
  4. Select the card that you would like to remove from your account.
  5. Select the trash can icon.
  6. Select “Remove Now.”
  7. The credit or debit card will now be removed from your account.

ACH or PayPal
