- You must have at least $10 in winnings in your Michigan Lottery account before you can request a Withdraw at Retail Voucher.
Below are step by step guides (for a mobile phone and a desktop computer) for how to request a Withdraw at Retail Voucher. You will need to scroll down to view the Desktop computer guide.
- To start, you must sign in to your account.
- Select the “≡” icon in the upper-left portion of your screen.
- Then select “Sign In” and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.
- Select “Withdraw Funds” from the menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Withdraw at Retail.”
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the “Withdraw Amount ($)” field.
- Select the “SUBMIT” button to continue the withdraw process.
- The Request Received page will give you a brief summary of your withdraw request and a confirmation email should be sent to the email address associated with your Michigan Lottery account.
- While your withdrawal request is being processed it will appear in the Pending Requests section under Withdraw Funds.
- Once your “Withdraw At Retail” request has been approved, you will find your Withdraw Voucher in the Available Vouchers section under Withdraw Funds.
- Approved vouchers will show the status of “Ready to Cash”.
- To print your voucher, select the “View” button then print.
- Your Withdraw Voucher can be redeemed at any lottery retail location.
Please note: Your voucher will expire 30 days from the date of issuance. The issued and expiration dates are listed on the voucher. Once expired, the voucher will no longer be valid and the funds will be deposited back into your account balance.
