Prizes up to $600 may be claimed at a retailer. Retailers aren't required to pay out prizes, but the vast majority do as a service to players. Some retailers also may limit the size of the prize that they will redeem.

Prizes of $100,000 or more must be claimed at the Lottery headquarters, located at 101 E. Hillsdale in downtown Lansing. Please call Lottery Player Relations at 844-887-6836, option 2, to schedule an appointment.
Each winner must present a winning ticket, originals of their valid government-issued photo ID (typically a driver’s license or state ID) and Social Security card in order to claim a prize. Also, the names on the photo ID and the Social Security card must match exactly for the prize claim to be processed. See further instructions for Proper Identification for Claim Processing.
