Items needed to claim a prize of more than $600

To claim any prize of more than $600, you will need to present the originals of the following:

• The winning ticket

• A valid, government-issued photo identification. The identification may be:

  • State-issued driver’s license or state ID card

  • Military identification

  • Passport

• Your Social Security card.

  • The names on the photo identification and the Social Security card must match exactly for any prize claim to be processed.
